The commitment begins with authorship: the choices of words, meaning, and voice that make a piece of writing yours. Tools may assist that work; you remain responsible for what you put your name to.
AI translation of a human-written original can qualify when it is disclosed. Editorial assistance can qualify when the ideas, meaning, and voice remain yours. Material drafted by AI needs substantial reauthoring in your own voice; a percentage of changed words is not the test.
